WritePlease is a focused novel-writing environment for authors who want structure without giving up ownership of their work. Instead of locking projects into a proprietary cloud format, it stores manuscripts as human-readable RTF files in ordinary folders, making them portable, inspectable, and compatible with Dropbox, OneDrive, Git, or a text editor. It keeps the writing process local and calm, from planning a story to preparing a finished manuscript.
